In order for the products to be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The products are in the original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • The customer must have the receipt or proof of the purchase
  • The products are only replaceable if you get the defective or damaged ones from us.  
  • If you need to exchange your order for the same item, send your item to our mailing address.
  • The refunded amount will be transferred back to you in 24 hours through your mentioned transfer method.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
